Welcome! I'm so glad you have found yourself here!

 

I know you likely want to finally feel proud of your body, to enjoy what you see in the mirror and to feel vibrant, flexible and pain free. Not only is that possible, you are deserving and worthy of that! For years most woman have offered themselves to their families, children, work and duties and have neglected the most important aspect of it all, themselves.

As a mother of four in her forties I am all too familiar with that myself. I understand fully how difficult and confusing it can feel to try to reach your goals while still having to manage it all. 

I've spent over a decade working with woman and perfecting my skillset to help and empower you take the most efficient actions to get to where you want to go. My desire is to guide as many woman as I can in reaching their full potential and achieving that balanced body they have been longing for.

As a Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist/Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and Fascial Stretch Therapist who specializes in pre/post natal coaching, pelvic floor/core retraining, hormonal health, menopause, and optimal digestive and metabolic function, I have developed a rich understanding of the female body.  

 

I understand how to best assess, nourish, strengthen and stretch the female body to achieve optimal posture, strength, mobility, balance and wellness. 

 

I treat everyone as an individual and coach with your uniqueness in mind first. This process can't be accomplished without you! Your thoughts, feelings and story all shape how we will proceed together in a sustainable way that fits your lifestyle and inspires you to thrive!
